Water heater began leaking. Called Art and they were able to get a plumber out to check it and verify the heater tank was shot. Replaced it with a newer, better one. While there was sticker shock since my last replacement, I think the price out the door was in line with what I had been researching. Joe C. was very nice, knowledgeable, and did a very good install. Joe was clean and even though this job likely caused him to be home later than planned he remained very cheerful.

Mike and his team are very experienced. They are professional and organized when doing the job. Always on time. The installation of my new air conditioning unit was perfect, my house feels very comfortable and everything looks great. Art Plumbing Air Conditioning is a company I will recommend. Thank you.

They have a great sales team , unfortunately they don’t deliver what is promised , not only did they open holes in my ceiling like savages (clearly the guy didn’t know how to do this ) , they had promised to finish the job meaning covering the holes witch they ended up saying it was a miscommunication , we agree to cover the cost , they said they were sending someone to give us an estimate , it’s been 2 weeks and that person never came . we found someone else to take care of their poor job . Then i got a call from my HOA that they never finish the job outside , they promised they would come 2 days later and here we are feb.14 and nothing done. And please don’t bother signing up to their promgram , waste of money . We have called several times trying to speak to a manager and we are still waiting for a call back from a “manager”

Alex did a great job! He took his time. He explained the process, provided recommendations and pros/cons of potential projects. He provided education and how to’s for the projects I had chosen. He was very personable and easy to work with. I will definitely be following regarding another project. Art Rich as a company was seamless to work with as a company. Great immediate contact, follow ups to upcoming appointment and service.

Incredible! Professional! Informative! Art's Plumbing is the best out there! After many years of frustration, sloppy, terrible work and lousy customer service at Cool Bear, Art's Plumbing under the supervision of Charlie, Cuba and team came in to save the day! They replaced a brand new unit walked us through the steps on how to maintain the unit efficiently, talked about the warranty etc. Very thorough! They came on time got the work done efficiently. Charlie supervising from beginning to end was amazing at communicating and I would recommend their services to.anyone. They are not be the cheapest - but you will save money down the line by getting the work.done properly the first time - so.we've learned! With a big investment as a cooling unit for your home, you want it done correctly the first time! We dealt with the other rip offs who cost us a lot of time, money and hot sleepless nights in the past! Do yourself a favor - book this company! I normally do not write reviews on service companies - but we were truly impressed by Art's! Thanks again Charlie, Cuba and team!

Mike from Art Plumbing,Air Conditioning & Electric came to my house to replace my solar and electric water heater.He is such an amazing plumber!! He did a great job and did not make any mess.. I could tell he really cares for his profession., because the way he does, his job .. I feel very blessed that I chose art, plumbing and air conditioning to install my new water heater..
