Corey excelled at explaining the situation and presenting our payment options. His knowledge, patience, and genuine concern earned our trust throughout the process. Corey's involvement didn't end with the diagnosis; he oversaw the entire operation, ensuring everything was functioning correctly upon completion. His dedication extended to follow-ups until the sod was laid. We are immensely grateful for Corey's exceptional service and support. We also extend our thanks to Billy, Chesly, and Samaj, who replaced the outdoor pipes. They were informative, punctual, and highly professional, arriving early each day and delivering outstanding results. Their hard work and expertise were truly appreciated.
